The water fountain is far superior to…
The water fountain is far superior to the plastic cat fountains. The replacement filters are awesome and always on time. I highly recommend this product and the company to others

Excellent device and service
The fountain is easy to clean and the water is always fresh and filtered. We have a subscription for the filter replacement and they've never missed. It helps to remind us to do it because the thing never gives us any problems...

Great products, caring company
Great customer service from a caring company. My cat loves the fountain - like any cat, he loves the faucet. He drinks more water now, too. I’ve had other cat fountains

Cats do prefer running water
Cats do prefer running water. Mine always wanted to drink out of the sink faucet. Now she can get water whenever she wants it!! I set the fountain on movement detection,

Always looking for a better and easier cat waterer.
Once I ordered the Kitty Spout I received it in a reasonable amount of time. It was easy to order, easy to set up, and easy to clean. The company has followed up to make sure I am happy with the item

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers!
How often do I need to change the filters?
Filters should be replaced every 2 weeks to keep the water clean and fresh. With a subscription, replacements are delivered automatically, so you never have to remember.
Is DoggySpout safe for dogs?
Yes. DoggySpout is made from 304 food-grade stainless steel, is BPA-free, and is designed to reduce bacteria, slime, and mold commonly found in plastic bowls.
Will my dog actually drink more water?
Most dogs naturally prefer flowing water. DoggySpouts’s faucet-style stream is designed to trigger that instinct, which helps them drink more than from a still bowl.
Is the fountain noisy?
No. The ultra-quiet pump runs at under 25 dB, making it quieter than a whisper. Even sensitive or anxious dogs won’t be disturbed.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, DoggySpout can last up to 30 days, depending on the mode you select.
